There was 0.8 months of inventory for residen- tial homes in February, reflecting seller’s market conditions. The median sold price in February was $777,475, 0.3% below January but 8% higher vs February 2020. The average sold price was $906,051, 1.1% above last month and 12% higher vs February 2020.
