Stoddart was founded in 1959 by Tom Stoddart and his brother Albert in a small workshop in Coorparoo, Queensland, Australia. From these modest beginnings the business has grown to become a market leading broad based manufacturer and distributor of metal products to the commercial building industry. Product segments include Food Service Equipment, Kitchen & Architectural metalwork contracting, Plumbing fixtures, Outdoor infrastructure, Street furniture and Contract metal fabrication. Stoddart employs over 520 staff throughout Australia and New Zealand and is proud to be a 100% family owned company. In 2013, Stoddart built a new 25,000m 2 state-of-the-art office, manufacturing, distribution and warehouse facility in the Brisbane suburb of Karawatha to merge four separate manufacturing facilities into one. This new facility has been designed as a centre of excellence for manufacturing with linked offices integrating operations, research and development, corporate, sales, logistics, marketing and service functions ensuring communication processes continuously improve quality, efficiency and relevance of products and services. The Karawatha facility also allows Stoddart to monitor work practices and materials handling as well as water and energy consumption, ensuring continuous improvement and development. Stoddart also operate offices and warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth & Adelaide with a sister company with warehouse and office in Auckland. Product Overview

Woodson countertop fryers offer a versatile line up that will fit seamlessly into any new or existing kitchen or café. Available in manual lift or auto lift. All units are equipped with a splash guard and lid, drip tray, basket(s) and element cover to help prevent accidental knocking. The bench mounted chip dumps are the perfect addition to the Woodson countertop fryers. Supplied with two heat lamps, single heater pad underneath (W.CD.B.P.11 only) and 1 x 1/1GN 100mm deep pan and perforated slide for easy scooping. These units will ensure chips stay crisper for longer.

Woodson contact grills offer five different sized units. CT models offer a spring balanced upper plate, limiting the chance of crushing product, smooth finished aluminium plates with the option of a ribbed top plate if required. The CT and GPC350 models have a thermostat control of 50°C – 250°C. Woodson offer a range of computer-controlled contact grills. All inclusive, with an LED timer display, eight programmable settings and three operation modes for convenience and flexibility. Preset temperature of 210°C and gas strut assisted top plate, these units make for a reliable and easy cooking experience.

Woodson countertop griddles have been designed with an integrated splashback, front grease gutter that drains to a large removable grease drawer and a thermostat control of 80°C - 280°C. With two different sizes and three different power capabilities, this range will be the perfect addition for all desired applications. The griddle toasters are an efficient, space saving solution to any line-up. Equipped with a combination countertop griddle and toaster underneath, toasting rack with adjustable height settings, integrated splashback, independent top and bottom controls and a thermostat control of 80°C - 280°C.

Woodson’s large range of griller’s and salamander’s. All are feature packed, with multiple position slides and rack for safer loading. Easy to clean removable crumb trays, stainless steel construction and the convenience of wall mounting brackets are ideal for small space applications. Woodson griller’s offer energy efficient ‘instant’ heat ceramic top coated glass infrared elements and timer-controlled operations.

Featuring a long inlet conveyor for easy loading and high production, fan cooled dial controls and heat technology. Woodson conveyor ovens are fully insulated top and body to retain heat and variable speed belt control with automatic tensioning.

The unique Woodson ductless filter hoods are available in both mobile and countertop footprints. A unique ductless design that improves cooking environments where ducted local exhaust systems are not required by the National Construction Code (NCC). Woodson bain maries offer one, two, three, four, five and six bay 1/1GN units, designed and recommended for wet operation. Offering an air insulated water tank with double skin stainless steel construction, with multiple element design for ongoing operation. Mechanical thermostat temperature control between 70°C – 80°C and in-tank temperature probes allows for accurate measurement and lower running costs. The hot food wells (waterless bain maries) are available in 1/1GN and 2/1GN models. They have been engineered with a mechanical thermostat control and temperature gauge (30°C – 120°C).

The Woodson pie and food displays are designed to hold product between 70°C – 80°C with a mechanical thermostat control and temperature gauge, allowing products to stay fresher for longer. Removable wire racks and crumb trays make for easy and efficient cleaning.

Specifically designed with a fan forced humidified display cabinet, these units are ideal for storing chickens and roast meat by keeping the products at a compliant temperature while reducing moisture loss through the fan forced humidifier. Available in a three or four module 1/1GN compatible variation, each unit is constructed of toughened front glass and toughened rear sliding doors with stainless steel rollers. Woodson induction hobs offer an energy efficient commercial cooktop with a high impact schott ceran glass ceramic top. Minimising transferable heat around the unit allows for the heat to directly transmit to pots and pans, eliminating the risk of potential burns. The woks are an energy efficient commercial cooktop with glass ceramic bowl. Both cooktop’s and wok bowls are equipped with a clear LED display for power setting, temperature and time. The choice of precise power settings from 0-10 in single digit increments or temperature control from 60°C – 240°C and timer control from 1-180 minutes provides extreme flexibility to the user.

Hot water urns by Woodson are available in both brushed stainless steel and matte black finishes as well as 10, 20 and 30 litre capacities. With quality stainless steel construction and double skinned insulated tank for increased safety, these units provide an efficient solution to any application. Feature packed with a sight glass to check water levels, heat resistant handles with a twist lock lid for added safety, thermostat control, indicator lights, concealed elements for ease of cleaning and a non-drip tap.

The Range

Giorik gas and electric modular ranges offer a combination of electric boiling tops, gas burner tops, and gas or electric target tops with 2/1 GN standard or maxi, electric or gas ovens. Available in both 700 and 900 series, 1200mm wide configurations with a standard oven feature a storage compartment for added convenience. With all the features of the selected cooktop, each unit is constructed from 304 grade stainless steel with rounded corners and moulded inner door, making it extremely easy to clean.

Bringing together the boiling top, target top and oven range, the combinations are available in 700 series in gas operation with choice of left hand or right-hand burner configuration.

The Giorik 700 and 900 series frytop griddles are available in 400mm and 800mm wide gas or electric units in either 15mm satin chrome plate or 12mm mild steel plate. Each plate is available in smooth, ribbed or a combination of both. The Satin chrome plate option delivers a cost effective, highly durable solution, featuring faster heating while being easier to clean than alternative plates. Mild steel plate is an affordable solution, offering exceptional results from even heat distribution and transference and allowing it to respond quickly to changes made to the temperature controls.

The Giorik 700 and 900 series induction cooktops feature a glass-ceramic cooking surface with independently controlled zones. Rapid heating is generated by the contact between the cooking surface and induction specific cooking pan.

Heat is directly generated in the cooking pan, resulting in zero heat loss from the cooking surface. This reduces cooking times while maintaining a cooler working environment. Featuring smart automatic shutoff when the pan is removed from the cooktop. 700 / 900

The Giorik 700 and 900 series pasta cooker ranges are available in either electric or gas as single or double pan configuration on an enclosed base with access door for extra storage. Body is constructed from robust 304 grade stainless steel while the tank is constructed from 316 offering better protection from corrosion, holding baskets up to 1/1GN. All units are manual water fill via an integrated tap and spout with a low-water level safety switch to prevent operation when empty. With rounded corners and pressed top work surfaces, the design makes for improved all round cleaning while protecting internals from overflow

Giorik offer electric, countertop or freestanding units on open base configurations for the 700 and 900 series. The bain marie range features a silicone heating pad external to the tank, providing uniformed heating and superior hygiene. Manufactured from robust 304 grade stainless steel with a manual fill, sloped tank, integrated to a solenoid valve operated drain, makes for a durable and easy operated addition to any line-up.

The Anets Silverline range offers a selection of workhorse fryers.

SilverPLUS fryers use the highly efficient ‘Gas Saver’ tube burner design, providing optimum cooking output and efficiency while reducing flue temperatures.
