شروط وأحكام المسابقة • أن يكــون التمــر مــن الإنتــاج المحــي لدولــة الإمــارات العربيــة المتحــدة .2025 لعــام • أن يكـون التمـر مـن إنتـاج مزرعـة المشـارك الخاصـة مـع إبـراز مسـتندات ملكيــة الأرض الزراعيــة. • لــكل فــرد الحــق في المشــاركة بفئتــن مــن فئــات المســابقة، بالإضافــة إلى شــوط النخبــة المتــاح للجميــع. • 5 ألا تقـل الأصنـاف المـراد المشـاركة بهـا في شـوط النخبـة للتمـور عـن أصنـاف. • قبول المشارك بقرارات لجنة التحكيم. • أداء القسم الخاص بالشوط المراد المشاركة فيه. • 8:00 تسـليم المشـاركات حسـب التواريـخ المحـددة لـكل فئـة مـن السـاعة مسـاءً، ولـن تقبـل أيـة مشـاركات بعـد انقضـاء الوقت 12:00 صباحـا ولغايـة المحدد. • تعود أحقية التصرف بالتمور المشارك بها للجنة المنظمة. • التمــور التــي لم تحصــل عــى مركــز في أي شــوط يتــم إدخالهــا في المــزاد، وتكــون قيمتهــا مــن حــق المشــارك.

• Dates must be locally produced in the UAE in 2025. • Dates must come from the participant’s own farm, with proof of land ownership provided. • Each participant may enter two competition categories, in addition to the Elite Round. • Participants in the Elite Round must submit no fewer than five date varieties. • Participants must accept the decisions of the judging panel. • Participants are required to take the oath specific to the category in which they are competing. • Entries must be submitted on the specified dates for each category between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.; late entries will not be accepted. • The organizing committee shall assume ownership of all submitted dates. • Dates that do not place in any round will be entered into the auction, with their proceeds going to the participant.
