شــروط المشـــاركة في مسابقــة عسل الشمـــع • تسـليم خليتـن كاملتـن وغـر مجزأتـن مـن عسـل الشـمع (خليـة للعـرض، وخليـة للتحليـل الكيميـائي).

• يوضع القرص في عبوة ذات سطح وقاع شفافين. • عدم وضع أي بطاقة أو علامة مميزة على العبوات. • التأكد من نظافة العبوات.

خصـــائـص جـــودة أفضــل عسـل شمـــع • النضج والاكتمال وإغلاق العيون السداسية. • لون القرص. • الرائحة والطعم. • استواء السطح العلوي والسفلي للأقراص. • عدم وجود حبوب اللقاح. • النظافة العامة.
