• Any photo containing inappropriate or offensive content, including violence or material inconsistent with the public morals, religious values, and cultural traditions of the UAE, will be disqualified. • Any image that violates the above rules will be automatically removed from the competition without further notice. • Participants must be able to provide the original image in RAW format or files from the same series upon request. • Winning photographs will become the property of the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority, which reserves the right to use them in publications and media related to the competition and the Al Dhafra Dates Festival and Auction. • The judging committee will review and evaluate all entries, with results announced during the 2025 festival and auction.

• سـيتم رفـض أي صـورة تحتـوي عـى محتـوى غـر لائـق أو مـيء، بمـا في ذلـك مشـاهد العنــف، أو أي عنــاصر تتعــارض مــع الأخــاق العامــة والقيــم الدينيــة والثقافيــة في دولــة الإمـارات العربيـة المتحـدة. • • تُسـتبعد تلقائيـا مـن المسـابقة أي صـورة لا تلتـزم بالـروط المذكـورة أعـاه، دون الحاجة إلى إشـعار المشـارك. • أو بصيـغ أخـرى مـن RAW • يلتـزم المشـارك بتقديـم النسـخة الأصليـة مـن الصـورة بصيغـة نفـس السلسـلة عنـد طلبهـا. • • تُصبـح ملكيـة الصـور الفائـزة لهيئـة أبوظبـي للـراث، ويحـق للهيئة الاسـتفادة مـن الصور المتميــزة في إصداراتهــا ومحتواهــا الإعلامــي المتعلــق بالجائــزة، إضافــة إلى مهرجــان ومـزاد الظفـرة للتمـور. • • ســتتولى لجنــة مختصــة فــرز وتحكيــم الصــور المشــاركة، وســيتم الإعــان عــن نتائــج .2025 المســابقة خــال فــرة مهرجــان ومــزاد الظفــرة للتمــور
