الشروط والأحكام

• Submission of artworks will be accepted from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, from 6 October to 9 October 2025, at Al Raha Beach Theatre, Abu Dhabi. Late submissions will not be accepted. • Each artist may submit only one artwork per category in the competition. • All painting techniques are eligible, provided the work belongs to the realistic school and is executed in oil or acrylic. Copies or transferred works are not allowed. • Any artwork containing inappropriate or offensive content, including depictions of violence or material inconsistent with the public morals, religious values, and cultural traditions of the UAE, will be disqualified. • Winning artworks will become the property of the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority, and artists must fully waive their rights. • A committee of professional artists will evaluate all submissions, and winners will be announced on 24 October 2025. • Artworks must be properly packaged to ensure protection during transport. The committee is not responsible for any damage if this requirement is not met.

• مسـاء بتاريـخ 2 صباحـا حتـى السـاعة 10 سـيبدأ قبـول الأعـال الفنيـة مـن السـاعة في مــرح شــاطئ الراحــة - أبوظبــي، ولــن 2025 أكتوبــر 9 إلى 2025 أكتوبــر 6 تقبـل أي مشـاركات يتـم تقديمهـا بعـد الوقـت المحـدد. • يمكن للفنان المشاركة بلوحة فنية واحدة فقط لكل محور في المسابقة. • كافــة تقنيــات الرســم مؤهلــة، عــى أن تنتمــي إلى المدرســة الواقعيــة، وأن تكــون بالألــوان الزيتيــة أو الأكريليــك مــا لم تتضمــن نســخا متماثلــة أو منقولــة. • سـيتم اسـتبعاد أي لوحـة تمثّــل أو تتضمّــن أي محتـوى غـر مناسـب أو مـيء أو يتنـاول جانـب العنـف أو أي محتـوى آخـر يُعـد غـر متوافـق مـع الأخـاق العامـة والعـادات والتقاليـد الدينيـة والثقافيـة لدولـة الإمـارات العربيـة المتحـدة. • اللوحات الفائزة تصبح ملك الهيئة، ويجب أن يتنازل الفنان عن حقوقه كاملة. • تقـوم لجنـة مـن فنانـن محترفـن بفـرز وتحكيـم اللوحـات المشـاركة ويتـم الإعلان .2025 أكتوبـر 24 عـن اللوحـات الفائـزة بتاريـخ • يجـب أن تكـون اللوحـات مغلفـة بشـكل جيـد لحمايتهـا أثنـاء النقـل، واللجنـة غـر مسـؤولة عـن أي تلـف في حالـة عـدم الالتـزام بذلـك.
