The event aims to highlight the connection between dates and olive oil as two essential elements of both Arab and international cuisine as well as being culinary ‘superfoods’, while offering visitors an interactive experience that combines tasting, learning, and live cooking. Guests will have the opportunity to discover premium varieties of EVOO, taste them alongside different types of dates, and take part in live cooking workshops presenting both Eastern and Western dishes, with dates and olive oil as the main ingredients.
