An adjustable temperature controller allows food to be held between +65°C to +90°C (food must be heated above 65°C before being placed in the bain marie).

Plate Dispensers Easy push mobile plate dispenser, fitted with either 1 or 2 x 60kg capacity adjustable plate dispensing tubes that suit 270-305mm plates. Single tube plate dispensers are fitted with a mechanical temperature control, dual tube plate dispensers are fitted with a digital controller.
