Conclusion: Conclusion: A simulation-free oART workflow was successfully implemented in the clinic within existing resource constraints for patients referred for single- fraction treatments. All patients reported high satisfaction with the workflow. Future work will focus on improving the treatment of soft tissue components, expanding to multi-fraction treatments, and developing an RTT-only workflow suitable for routine use.
