Increasing focus on RT omission in low-risk patients stimulated the Danish Breast Cancer Group Natural trial (NCT 03646955) testing if partial breast irradiation (PBI) could be safely omitted in selected patients. Material/Methods: The trial aimed to randomize 926 patients ( ≥ 60 years,

Conclusion: Despite increasing clinical use, AI tools in radiotherapy have undergone limited prospective evaluation (2). ARCHERY is the first multi - country trial to assess AI - based contouring and planning, particularly in settings where radiotherapy access gaps are greatest.
