its applicability to RT toxicity analysis. Dose–response analysis highlighted the tubarial glands as highly dose- sensitive and more predictive of xerostomia than the parotid glands. These findings support their functional relevance and suggest that voxel-based analyses targeting symptom-related subregions within the tubarial glands may further improve xerostomia prediction and treatment planning.
