(range: 5.6 – 24.7), and 24 (72.7%) had macrovascular invasion. With median follow-up time of 24 months (range: 8.1 – 57), the best ORR was 72.7% (95% CI: 57.5-87.9) (Complete response CR: n=14, 42.4%; partial response PR: n=10, 30.3%). Fourteen patients (42.4%) with radiological CR were put on close surveillance and six (18.2%) additional PR patients had curative surgery performed, after successful downstaging. The median OS and PFS rates were 47.5 months (95% CI: 25.2 – 69.8) and 28.3 months (95% CI: 23.8 – 32.8), respectively. The 24-month OS, PFS, and LC was 67.6% (95% CI: 49.4-87.1), 61.8% (95% CI: 44.1-79.4), and 96.6% (95% CI: 90.1-100), respectively. Twelve patients (36.3%) experienced grade 3 or worse TRAEs, including transient elevation of AST/ALT after TACE in 5 patients (15.2%),and immune-related adverse events of grade 3 or worse in 4 patients (12.1%). Conclusion: START-FIT using STRIDE is a safe and effective treatment in locally advanced unresectable HCC

The purpose of this study was to evaluate clinical outcomes, treatment compliance, treatment interruptions and organ preservation rates in patients with CCE treated with definitive CTRT at our tertiary cancer centre. Material/Methods: We retrospectively analysed 38 patients with histologically confirmed squamous cell carcinoma of the cervical oesophagus treated between 2020 and 2025. Baseline clinical, pathological, and treatment- related parameters were retrieved from medical records. All patients received radical intent concurrent

Between 11 Dec 2020 and 10 Dec 2024, a total of 33 patients (44 HCC nodules) were enrolled with median age of 67 years (range: 50 – 82). with 30 (90.9%) male. The median sum of diameter of lesion(s) was 11.1 cm
