Conclusion: Performing MRI or PET before SRT changed the target volume and need for systemic therapy in 37.6% (MRI+) and 57.9% (PET+) of patients respectively. For MRI the most frequently recurrence patterns were LR at low PSA levels and was associated with predictive variables. In contrast PET detects LNR more frequently being PSA at recurrence the only variable with a trend toward statistical significance of imaging results.
