Our results suggest that salvage brachytherapy is a safe and effective therapeutic option for certain patients with local recurrence of CaP after primary radiotherapy. Despite the absence of statistically significant predictive factors, the high biochemical control rate and acceptable toxicity support its use as a curative approach. Larger prospective studies are needed to better define patient selection criteria and optimise long-term oncological and functional outcomes.
