These questions were then entered into separate new ChatGPT-5 accounts. Five content matter experts independently rated each ChatGPT answer for correctness (Likert scale 1-6) and completeness (Likert scale 1-3) according to current clinical best practices and guidelines, and provided commentary. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze results, and reviewer’s comments grouped to identify any recurring patterns in ChatGPT’s responses. Results: Overall, ChatGPT-5 achieved a mean correctness score of 5.13/6 (SD = 0.95) and a mean completeness score of 2.39/3 (SD = 0.58). The answers with the highest agreements for correctness discussed the factors that make CRF worse (mean 5.8, SD=0.45), and the benefits of resting (mean 5.8, SD=0.45). For completeness, the question that scored the highest was factors that make CRF worse (mean 2.8 SD=0.45). The response with lowest ratings for correctness and completeness discussed the use of natural or vitamin supplements (mean 3.2, SD=0.84, mean 1.8, SD=0.45). Reviewers highlighted concern on the inclusion of non peer- reviewed sources and non evidence-based statements on platforms such as Reddit and Wikipedia. Conclusion: ChatGPT-5 showed value as a self-accessible resource for common CRF questions breast cancer survivors may have with high overall ratings for correctness and completeness. Limitations include referencing non peer-reviewed and non-evidence based resources. ChatGPT can provide quick responses to patients' immediate symptom concerns, but referring to published guidelines and seeking an opinion from their health care professional is strongly recommended. (13%). Conclusion:
Long-term survival in patients with BCBM is associated with durable intracranial disease control. However, in most patients—both after WBRT and SRT—intracranial progression precedes visceral progression, underscoring the importance of continuous CNS surveillance and timely repeat local intracranial treatment in addition to systemic therapy. ChatGPT is an accessible resource many patients use for questions they may have related to their symptoms post cancer treatment. This study sought to assess the correctness and completeness of ChatGPT’s answers to 15 common questions breast cancer survivors may have about their CRF. Material/Methods: Fifteen questions related to CRF in breast cancer survivors were designed based on published guidelines and reviewed by experts in the field (1-3).
