that for patients considering breast reconstruction early RO input may improve shared decision making and assist surgical teams when considering individualised treatment plans, and 86% felt likewise for decisions around axillary management (Figure 1).Qualitative themes identified included patient empowerment and wellbeing as well as surgical and breast reconstruction planning as potential benefits and patient information overload and resource constraints as potential drawbacks (Fig 2).

This international survey aims to assess the perceptions of breast cancer MDT providers of such an approach. Material/Methods: A multidisciplinary working group developed a 21- point questionnaire, to assess MDT providers perceptions of early RO review. It consisted of demographics, basic MDT information, 7-point Likert scale questions about perceived benefits of early RO consultation, and qualitative open text questions examining benefits and barriers. A subset (n=49) of Irish responses from this survey was previously presented. Subsequently, the survey was shared via international breast cancer working groups. The survey was administered via Qualtrics and could be accessed via a weblink or QR code. Results: In total, 179 responses across 23 countries were analysed, with representation from all specialties within the MDT. There was an overall positive response to the perceived benefits of early RO review, e.g. > 85% MDT providers responding strongly agree/ agree that it improves overall patient experience.31% of respondent reported working in an MDT that provides early RO consultations. There was a more positive perception to the benefits amongst providers who already offer early RO consultation versus those that do not. Over 86% of providers in MDT that offer it strongly agree/agree it improves RO input at MDT versus only 54% in those that don’t.Over 92% of respondents somewhat agree/agree/strongly agree

Conclusion: Early RO consultation is only provided in 30% of MDTs surveyed, yet the vast majority of MDT members across multiple specialties perceived this practice to be beneficial, most importantly in empowering patients for shared decision making, especially in the setting of patients considering breast reconstruction or axillary management options.
