17%). 96% patients achieved complete response. At a median follow-up of 62 months (IQR 30-93 months) the 5-year disease free survival is 88% [83%:stage 2 and 91%:stage3, p=ns, fig1b]. The 5-year overall survival (OS) is 91% [83% stage 2 and 95% stage3, p=ns, fig1a]. The overall mortality rate is 15% (13% cancer specific and 2% due to cardiovascular disease). The incidence of late toxicity was proctitis (4.5%) and cystitis (4.5%). All patients who relapsed locally (n=18) had associated systemic relapse except 2 patients who had isolated systemic relapse.

Incorporation of Routine molecular testing for all patients has helped us understand biology and recurrence patterns which help us tailor treatment protocols. Recent staging systems and guidelines have incorporated molecular information which have led to significant change in Adjuvant Treatment. Material/Methods: We retrospectively analyzed all patients of Endometrial cancer in our Institute who underwent surgery and Molecular testing from June 2023 to September 2025. Staging was done as per 2009 FIGO and 2023 FIGO staging systems. Adjuvant treatment

This strategy is easily implementable in a LMIC and has low morbidity. References: Li J, Li Y, Wang H, Shen L, Wang Q, Shao S, et al.
