Definitive chemo- and immunoradiotherapy with brachytherapy is the standard of care for locally advanced cervical cancer.1 Daily variations in bladder and rectal filling, uterine position, and bowel displacement challenge treatment accuracy, necessitating generous PTV margins that increase dose to organs at risk (OAR) and risk toxicity.Online adaptive radiotherapy (oART) enables plan modification according to patient anatomy, potentially improving target coverage and reducing OAR dose.
