logistic regression models estimated predictors’ effects on continuous and binary outcomes. Results: We analyzed data from 73 consecutive patients. Median age was 32.3 years, 47.9% had bulky mediastinal disease. Prescribed dose to pre- chemotherapy volumes according ISRT principles was 30 Gy in 2 Gy/fr in 85% of cases, the remaining were prescribed a dose of 20-28 Gy; 13.7% of patients were treated with IMRT, 49.3% with VMAT and 37% with tomotherapy. Median CTV was 361.9 cc (range 70.8 - 1413) and median PTV 747.8 cc (range 252.9 – 2190). Correlation of predictive parameters with violation of OARs contraints is illustrated in Table 2. Presence of mediastinal bulky disease at pre-chemotherapy PET- CT significantly correlated only with the violation of a few dosimetric constraints. Among the proposed parameters, MMTV, sub-carinal MMTV, maximum cranio-caudal diameter and maximum and sub-carinal latero-lateral diameter significantly correlated with the majority of OARs constraints violations. Remarkably, sub-carinal MMTV correlated with all heart, left ventricle and breast constraints and sub-carinal latero- lateral diameter also with both lungs mean dose constraints.

Material/Methods: Between 2017–2025, 19 patients (p) diagnosed with gastric MALT lymphoma were treated with RT in our
Conclusion: The present analysis identified predictive parameters that can be easily derived from pre-chemotherapy PET-CT. Our results set the bases for a larger multicentric study with the aim to define a predictive score. Keywords: hodgkin lymphoma, predictive, radiotherapy omission
