Material/Methods: The French Childhood Cancer Survivor Study is a cohort of five-year survivors of solid cancer or lymphoma diagnosed at age <21 years in 1946– 2000.Whole-body voxel-based dosimetry was performed for all individuals. Vital status and second cancer diagnoses were retrieved through patient- reported questionnaires, records from long-term follow-up clinical visits and the National Health Data System. Hazard ratios (HRs) of meningioma incidence were estimated in relation to treatment variables in proportional hazards models with attained age as time scale. Follow-up was censored at the first diagnosis of any subsequent tumour of the central nervous system (CNS). We considered treatments received within five years after first cancer diagnosis: mean radiation dose and dose-volume metrics to the whole CNS (i.e., brain and spine), or to specific cerebral lobes and spine, and chemotherapy classes and agents which we coded as a binary variables (yes/no), or considering cumulative doses. Non-linear dose–response effects were explored using quadratic, exponential, and spline models, and effect modification was tested with likelihood ratio tests. Results: During a median follow-up of 22.6 years (maximum: 68.3 years), 153 cases of meningioma were identified among 7,132 childhood cancer survivors (Table).
