related to radiotherapy. Two patients with grade 3 pneumonitis had mean EQD2Gylung (MLD) of 14.3Gy and 13.9Gy, whereas the remaining patients had median MLD of 10.2Gy (range: 2.6-18.4Gy). Both patients with rib fractures had cumulative EQD2Gy to the ribs of at least 250Gy. The patient with grade 3 esophagitis received a maximum dose to esophagus of 66.1 Gy (EQD2Gy). Conclusion: Reirradiation of lung lesions after postoperative breast cancer RT was safe with no grade 4-5 adverse events in this selected cohort. Long OS after RT2 was seen for both long-course (69 months) and SBRT (53 months).
