The prospective, observationalESTRO-EORTC E2-RADIatE ReCare cohort systematically collects real- world patient- and treatment-level reRT data across tumor sites to inform evidence-based practice. Material/Methods: Baseline and treatment characteristics from the interim ReCare dataset (data lock September 2025) were analysed descriptively to summarize prior radiotherapy, systemic therapy, and reRT parameters across primary disease types and anatomical sites. Results: A total of 387 patients and 465 targets were included in this interim analysis. The most frequent primary tumors were prostate (n = 124, 32.0%), breast (n = 107, 27.6%), and lung (n = 98, 25.3%), followed by colorectal (n = 48), cervical (n = 6), and endometrial (n = 4) cancers. Treatment sites included thorax (n = 168), pelvis (n = 149), breast/chest wall (n = 86), abdomen (n
Conclusion: This study identified ten contemporary HRQoL issues specific to BM. These findings establish a robust foundation for subsequent phases in developing an updated module to assess HRQoL in patients with BM. References: Chow E, Hird A, Velikova G, et al.
