implementation, patient care pathways, and plans for service expansion. Ethical approval was obtained from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland (Ref 3441) and descriptive statistics used for analysis. Results: A total of 243 responses were received, yielding a response rate of 4.7% of ESTRO clinician members. Of these, n=217 (89%) reported current use of RT for benign conditions, with the most frequently treated sites illustrated in Figure 1. Free-text responses identified additional indications, most notably heterotopic ossification (n=29, 11.9%). RT was also reported for inflammatory disorders including osteoarthritis, tendonitis, and plantar fasciitis [3]. While this practice is well-established in Germany [4], responses from other countries (excluding Germany, n=20) also confirmed treatment of these conditions (n=16, n=12, and n=18, respectively). Most respondents (n=205, 84%) received referrals from non-oncology consultants, followed by family doctors (n=89, 37%) and self-referrals (n=62, 26%). 74% of respondents (n=162) either do not have or are uncertain if they have a dedicated patient information leaflet. Follow up by the Radiation Oncologist was reported by n=127 (51%) respondents, n=148 (61%) reported follow up by a non-oncology consultant, n=64 (26%) report follow up by primary care doctors and n=11 (5%) report that follow up is by “other”. Half of the respondents (n=122, 50.2%) indicated plans to expand RT services for benign conditions and sites are displayed in Figure 1. Key barriers to current and future broader implementation included insufficient clinical evidence, absence of national guidelines, and concerns regarding radiation-induced malignancy (Figure 2).

It may occur in up to 80% of people affected by spinal cord injury, with the highestincidence in those with incomplete tetraplegia. Spasticity may affect patients’ quality of life by interferingwithpatients’ ability during wheelchair transfers, postures,or sleeping. Common treatments are represented by oral or i.v. medication (baclofen, diazepam, tizanidine) or surgical intervention (neurotomies, rhizotomies). However, patients can became progressively resistant to drugs and surgery requires experienced teams and is not without complications. In this context, stereotactic

Conclusion: This survey represents the first ESTRO wide assessment of RT practices for benign conditions since 1996. Findings suggest a growing interest among ESTRO clinicians, although the modest response rate may reflect self-selection bias, limiting the
