MIYC ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING If you are a voting member of the Club, please be sure to transmit your proxy and ballot to Vicki Bretthauer, Board Secretary, no later than Wednesday, November 16 th . Please contact Vicki at vickib777@sbcglobal.net if you need another copy of the proxy, ballot and candidate statements. All members are invited to our Annual Meeting, which will be held this year at the Club on Thursday, November 17 th at 3:30 pm with happy hour following. Please make a reservation for the meeting, happy hour and dinner if you want to stay for dinner after the meeting. Check-in will begin promptly at 3:00 pm.
