The sales-to-listings ratio rose to 15%, as Burnaby South’s detached market transitioned to balanced market territory. The benchmark price in July was $1.47M, 1.3% below the previous month and a 12% decline vs last year. The average sold price for detached homes was $1.65M, 6% lower month-over-month and year-over-year.
