The number of July detached listings in the Fraser Valley board area were 4% lower vs June (at 4,040), and 1.0% below July 2018. Detached sales increased by 11% from June, to 634, and were up 20% vs July 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio slightly increased to 16%, as the board area’s condo market continued to be balanced. The benchmark price in July was $957,400, virtually unchanged vs the previous month and 6% lower year-over-year. The average sold price in July was $977,914, 6% lower month-over-month and 12% lower year-over-year.
