The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 18%, as Langley’s detached market remained in balanced market territory. July’s detached benchmark price of $983,100 was virtually unchanged from June and 8% lower vs July 2018. The average sold price was $1.10M, down 9% from June but 0.5% higher year-over-year.
