The 391 detached listings in North Vancouver in July 2019 were 12% lower vs June and 20% below July 2018. The 76 detached sales in July were down by 7% com- pared to the previous month but were 46% above July of last year. The sales-to-listings ratio slightly increased to 19%, as North Vancouver’s detached segment remained in a balanced market. The detached benchmark price in July was $1.49M—2% below June and 10% below last year. The average sold price was $1.62M in July, 4% lower month-over-month and down 6% year-over-year.
