Condo listings in Surrey decreased to 762 in July, 6% below June but 19% higher than in July 2018. Year-over-year condo sales were up 4% in July (to 177) and were 24% higher month-over-month. The sales-to-listings ratio jumped to 23%, as Surrey’s condo market transitioned to seller’s market territory. July’s condo benchmark price of $426,400 was 0.7% above June but 9% lower than in July 2018. The average sold price was $394,751 at an average PSF sales price of $474 (down 1.8% and virtually unchanged, respectively, from June).
