The sales-to-listings ratio for townhomes dipped to 26%, as conditions in Vancouver East’s townhome market continued to favour sellers. The townhome benchmark price in July was $847,400, 1.6% above June but 8% lower year-over-year. July’s average sold price of $894,767 was 4% above last month, while the average PSF sales price was $638 (down 12% vs last month).
