The number of condo listings in West Vancouver decreased 6% between June and July, to 127, but were 18% above July 2018. The 13 condo sales in July were 5 above last month but 5 lower vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio jumped to 10% in July, as condos in West Vancouver remained favourable to buyers. The condo benchmark price was $1.09M in July, 5% above June but a 12% decrease vs last July. The average sold price was $997,604 and the aver- age PSF sales price was $929, down 32% and 12%, respectively, vs June.
