ARTICLE XXI: TERM

This agreement will be in full force and effect from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2026, 2 with re-openers during 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 school years for salary, health and 3 welfare benefits and a maximum of two articles, unless both parties mutually agree to 4 open additional articles through the Interest Based Bargaining (IBB) process. However, if 5 any additional increase in the total compensation package is granted to any other 6 employee group in the District, the level of increase shall also be granted at that same rate 7 for the Association bargaining unit members. 8
