Golumpki/Rolled Cabbage (Deconstructed)

1 lb. ground beef 1 onion, diced 2 cans of tomato soup 1/2 cabbage, cut into 1" pieces 1/2 cup rice, uncooked 1 cup chicken broth Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F In a pan, brown the ground beef In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well

Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking pan with Pam (or cooking spray of your choice) Pour the mixture into the baking pan, cover with foil, and bake for 1 hour After 1 hour, pull the pan out, mix, replace the foil, and bake for an additional 30 minutes

Notes:
Growing up, my grandmother used to make golumpki (rolled cabbage). This is an easy, deconstructed version that I make. I freeze the other half of the cabbage for the next time I want to make this.
