1 can sweetened condensed milk 3 egg yolks 1/2 cup lemon juice 1 graham cracker pie crust Whipped cream

Beat your egg yolks Add in the lemon juice and continue mixing with the egg yolks to combine well **Make sure to mix thoroughly because the acidity of the lemon juice cooks the egg yolks Add condensed milk to the mixture and stir to combine Pour the mixture into the graham cracker pie shell and place into freezer until set Top with whipped cream before serving Add lemon slices for garnish

Notes: For a firmer consistency - add a whole egg as well and cook for 25 minutes in the oven to allow it to set more OR there is a version with jell-o mix (that does not taste as good). The recipe above will start to melt a bit if left out. My grandmother used to make this all the time and it is a great cool summer dessert.
