Notes:
The cookies can be thin (my favorite) or thick; it just depends on how you roll out the dough.
You can decorate the cookies by adding a cinnamon/sugar mix (my favorite), sugar crystals, jimmies, etc.
You can make the cookies for all occasions using different cookie cutters.
Dough may be refrigerated or use it right away.
Flour is key! Make sure you continue to flour the surface and tools each time you roll out the dough, cut shapes, scoop onto the cookie pan.
