• Manage and support the development, implementation and monitoring of processes and policies for space management purposes; • Provide management information and data for the development of business cases for potential projects; • Monitor, improve and develop the use of space data and associated Management Information System(s). • Working closely with team members, manage the development and implementation of a Space Management Policy, establishing KPI’s, performance tables and space norms; • Manage, maintain and develop procedures for the effective filing, archiving and retrieval of data and information; • Raise requisitions/Purchase Orders if required; ensure that invoices are processed accurately and in a timely fashion, liaising internally and externally as required. • Collate and monitor Estates Management Statistics required as part of annual returns; • Produce accurate CAD drawings and maintain a central drawing records storage and retrieval system (electronic, system, hard-copy etc. as appropriate); • Co-ordinate and integrate CAD drawings and information received from external sources; • Provide a focal point for the collation and co-ordination of drawings and amendments; • Undertake surveys and re-measurement exercises to ensure accurate, up to date space data records and drawings are maintained. • Manage the coordination and planning of office moves.
