THE ORIGINAL ADVENTURE
BRAND INTRO
Taking your Nissan off road could be the start of your next great adventure. If you’re ready to go further off the beaten path, trust your Nissan dealer to equip your vehicle with genuine NISMO Off Road parts and accessories. Built to NISMO specifications and backed by a 3-year/36,000-mile limited warranty¹, NISMO Off Road parts enhance your vehicle’s performance and capability. You’ll be ready for the journey ahead, and the one back.
NISMO OFF-ROAD BRAND INTRODUCTION
Twenty years after the successful launch of NISMO, Nissan debuted a new line of NISMO parts and accessories for the fully redesigned Nissan Frontier pickup. “Overlanding” was emerging as a fast-growing niche in the truck aftermarket. Unlike Baja-busting racers, overlanding-ready trucks are equipped with racks, powerful lights, and built-in tents for adventure travel to remote destinations. In 2022, we created an integrated campaign to introduce dealers to this new category and product line. The centerpiece was a Dealer Launch Kit, highlighted by in-vehicle POP placed inside each Frontier. When potential buyers sat in the driver’s seat, the POP invited them to envision themselves exploring nature’s landscapes in their new truck. We amplified the launch with a targeted social media campaign featuring thumb-stopping short-form video and print ads showcasing the Frontier equipped for adventure and reinforcing it as the right choice for their overlanding dreams.

“NISSAN WANTED SOMETHING BOLD AND OUT OF THE ORDINARY TO GIVE NISMO A STRONG START”
IMPACT
NISMO BRAND LAUNCH IN U.S.
During the sport compact car revolution, when it seemed every young driver had a slammed Civic with a fat, loud exhaust, we were tasked with introducing a factory parts and accessories brand to the U.S. market that would position Nissan Sentra as the hot rod of choice. Before reaching consumers, we first had to convince Nissan dealers that this youth-driven performance market even existed. We did that with a Dealer Launch Kit so eye-popping it just had to be opened. Inside, a magazine- style booklet introduced dealers to this new generation of car enthusiasts, explained the product line, and laid out the business case for going after this demographic. The launch broke a few traditional rules, but Nissan wanted something bold and out of the ordinary to give NISMO a strong start. We have been Nissan/NISMO’s marketing partner ever since.

REBIRTH
INDIAN MOTORCYCLE BRAND INTRODUCTION
Indian was America’s first motorcycle brand, founded in 1901 with the last Indian motorcycle from the original company built in 1953. The goal was to overcome skepticism that the “new” Indian was just capitalizing on an old brand name and to establish Indian as a legitimate OEM brand, on par with Harley-Davidson. G-Force, with Scott leading the team, developed an integrated launch campaign encompassing all B2B and B2C touchpoints supported by a new tagline emphasizing Indian’s position as the alternative to Harley- Davidson: “Declare Your Independence.” The campaign included print and television advertising, extensive POP and dealer signage, large format brochures, hang tags and posters. Campaign strategy centered on the Chief model and its new PowerPlus engine, with multi-page print units in the top US motorcycle magazines timed to coordinate with the first public showing of the new Chief. Awareness of the new Chief and Indian brand was greatly increased. The introduction was greeted with very positive press coverage, strong demand, increased sales and many new dealer sign-ups.
“ SCOTT AND HIS TEAM WOULD BE A TRUSTED ALLY FOR ANY MOTORCYCLE OEM. HIS DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF THE MOTORCYCLE INDUSTRY, COMBINED WITH STRONG MARKETING INSTINCTS, FRESH CREATIVE IDEAS, AND A PROVEN ABILITY TO DELIVER PROJECTS ON TIME AND ON BUDGET, WILL IMMEDIATELY BENEFIT HIS CLIENTS. ” —Fran O’ Hagan Former VP Sales & Marketing, Indian Motorcycle Company

TOCA PRODUCT DEVELOPEMENT
Handsome Rabbit partnered with TOCA Training Facility from the very beginning, helping shape the vision, branding, and marketing strategy that would define the company’s growth. Working closely with soccer professional Eddie Lewis, we collaborated on the development and positioning of the TOCA Machine, ensuring it was not only a groundbreaking training tool but was also clearly understood and desirable to players, coaches, and facilities. Our role extended beyond design, focusing on how the technology would be introduced, explained, and adopted within the soccer training community.

CONVERTING MULTIPLE BRANDS INTO ONE HIGHLIFTER
Handsome Rabbit was instrumental in refining and restructuring the branding of three UTV and ATV tire brands under the Nivel umbrella, creating clarity and distinction while maintaining a unified corporate identity. Each brand was carefully evaluated and repositioned with its own unique visual style, tone, and market focus, allowing them to stand independently without competing or causing confusion. This strategic separation strengthened each brand’s presence and made their individual value propositions easier for dealers and consumers to understand.

When Schuberth decided to set up their own distribution network in the US, they came to us to help launch their renowned C3 helmet. Built in Germany to exacting standards, the C3 had established itself in Europe as the helmet of choice for long-distance riders. We chose to feature a world traveler who had recently worn his helmet

Continuing Schuberth’s long-distance adventure brand positioning, the following year we helped Schuberth introduce their new C3 Pro model including the new C3W Pro designed specifically for women.

BUILDING CAMPAIGNS WHERE THEY LEFT OFF
Because sometimes the plan explodes and someone has to clean it up. When an emergency pulled another team off a live campaign, Handsome Rabbit stepped in mid-stride, took control, and stabilized the project without missing the bigger picture. No panic, no finger- pointing, just a fast assessment and a clear path forward to get
everything back on track. We’re built for moments like this. Handsome Rabbit absorbed the existing work, refined what needed fixing, and pushed the campaign across the finish line on time and done right. It’s not glamorous rescue work, but it’s the kind that keeps brands from losing momentum and turned a bad situation into a quiet success.

KEEP THE CADENCE
SUSPENSION? WHEN is it TIME to REBUILD Much like servicing your air filter and oil, its the same idea with your suspension components. This is a critical step in keeping the bike feeling fresh as well as keeping suspension components from pre maturely wearing or needing costly replacements such as a shock body. We typically recommend a 20-40 hour service interval for most forms of riding. MX and SX produce the most abuse and usually require a lower hour window for service.
SMALL BUDGET CONSISTENCY
This is a perfect example of why maintaining consistency is important. AHM Factory Services depends on cadence and consistency to make their marketing work. With a smaller budget, every piece has to pull its weight. You do not get the luxury of random, disconnected content. You get one shot to look intentional, professional, and
memorable. That means every execution needs to feel like it came from the same brain. For AHM, consistency is what creates impact. Repetition builds recognition. Recognition builds trust. Trust builds response. It absolutely pays off when the brand looks unified across all marketing verticals.

LEADERS
Scott Goodwin Account Director Scott brings a wealth of knowledge from his work at category-leading companies, top advertising agencies and as a magazine publisher. His extensive work on strong, successful brands provides a unique perspective for G-Force and Handsome Rabbit clients. During his career, Scott has been a key member of the marketing department at American Honda, served on the account team at Honda’s advertising agency, worked on both the Nissan and Mitsubishi accounts, and led the agency team responsible for the national advertising programs of Suzuki motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles. He also served as Group Publisher at Petersen Publishing, where he was responsible for all motorcycle titles (including Motorcyclist and Dirt Rider ). After founding G-Force in 2001, Scott developed the overall strategy to launch the NISMO performance products division of Nissan. He was instrumental in the re-launch of the Indian Motorcycle brand, combining advertising, collateral and public relations activities into a cohesive communications strategy. G-Force also handled a wide range of powersports accounts, including HJC helmets, Yokohama Tires, LeoVince exhausts and many more. And on a Suzuki motorcycle note, Scott’s second bike was a TM125 Suzuki. He also owned an RMX250, a DR350 and built a naked GSX-R750 out of a slightly wrecked track bike as a project for Motorcyclist. Five years ago, G-Force teamed up with Joe McKimmy and Handsome Rabbit to enhance our creative services for Nissan and to grow our mutual business in the powersports marketplace.

Joseph McKimmy Creative Director
Michael Craig is a senior software engineer and systems architect with deep experience delivering software for automotive and enterprise organizations with high traffic and strict security requirements, including Nissan, INFINITI, and Schuberth Helmets. His work has included vehicle apps, shop and dealer locators, and large-scale marketing and commerce websites serving geographically distributed customer and dealer networks. He enjoys exploring ways to apply AI in practical, business-focused ways. Rather than treating AI as a replacement for existing systems, he uses it to augment lead capture and routing, enrich customer data, enhance search and content discovery, and adapt traditional SEO strategies to emerging AI- driven discovery channels. Mike’s experience with Suzuki’s current .NET- based platform can provide immediate support for existing systems, including updates to website content, navigation and structure.
Born and raised in Michigan, the “Great Lake State” from a small town about three hours north of Detroit, the “Motor City.” As the youngest of six kids, I developed thick skin, quick wit, and the ability to hide snacks like a pro. When you’re the baby of the family, you’re either getting picked on or proving you belong. I chose both. I spent over 25 years in the publishing world art directing automotive and motorcycle titles, accidentally picked up photo and video skills along the way. Now leading the creative direction for our major players at Handsome Rabbit, clients like Nissan, Nivel and Fasst Company. I have earned the respect from these long term clients.
I’ll also identify targeted, high-impact enhancements to meet evolving needs.

Not surprisingly we don’t work in a high- rise building in downtown Los Angeles. Our creative camp is out in Murrietta, CA, walking distance to a bevy of powersports companies and the grassy hills beyond. From early planning to final delivery, everything starts and lives under one roof, keeping the process tight, efficient, and
focused. Our space is fully equipped for photo and video production, allowing us to shoot content in-house without slowing momentum. Alongside the studio, we have a conference room for client meetings and collaboration sessions. We even have room for motorcycles and a fully equipped workspace accessed with a roll-up door.
