Whether you are a repeat customer, or a new buyer looking to add our genetics to your herd, we thank you for trusting in our brand. You are the backbone of this program, and the reason we strive for success. We are offering an absolute impressive lineup of bulls this year, that are our deepest set yet. Our biggest qualities we reach for is that the buyer is getting a sound footed, structurally correct, docile animal that produces calves that can top markets. Whether you are looking for a sleep all night calving ease prospect or a stout made cow bull, we have hand picked a group that have genomic and phenotypic power. Along with the bulls, we are offering an elite set of females that will make tremendous cows in your herd. We strive to make heifers that will be maintenance free, have great maternal traits, and be able to raise a big calf year in and out. All animals have been Angus GS tested and parent verified so you can make the best decision possible while purchasing! All bulls are located at the original Macholan family farm, where visitors are always welcome. NUTRITION PROGRAM Welcome to the 2026 Double D Angus Bull and Female Sale! As the consulting nutritionist, I strive to develop optimal nutrition and management programs to match and express the genetic potential of the cattle while giving special attention to safeguarding soundness and reproductive longevity. I believe in developing breeding stock, not finishing them, and the bulls and heifers available for your consideration have been developed under that philosophy. Special attention has been given to meeting their nutritional requirements using high-roughage, moderate- energy diets with particular attention given to optimal vitamin and trace mineral supplementation to promote proper reproductive development and ensure reproductive longevity.
