This approach imbues students with a multifaceted understanding of societal dynamics. Additionally, training sessions on cultural competence, allyship and the significance of inclusivity, diversity and respect in personal, social and professional life should be an integral part of the educational experience. These endeavours should be seen as ongoing commitments that adapt and grow, informed by continuous feedback and the evolving needs of our student body, society and business organisations.” The Blind Search celebrates the post- pandemic return to classroom but, in light of its success, would you consider applying the concept to online study modes? Cameron Guthrie “It would be possible, but in its present form it is a celebration of face-to-face interaction and connection. When students pitch, their classmates
