RESIDENCE HALL COMMUNITIES What is a Living Learning Community? Living Learning communities (LLCs) are designated areas in our residence halls where students with a shared major or interest can gather to make friends, support one another, and enjoy the many activities that are part of on-campus living. These groupings are a great starting point for students to develop a friend group on campus and have familiar faces in their courses. The LLCs do not involve any extra time or academic commitment, and all activities are optional to students’ comfort level.
