9. Use the Allen key to adjust the blade according to the hole in the metal disk. Use your fingers to pull the blade where it needs to be. Make sure the blade doesn ’t scrape against the edges of the metal d isk while cutting, but the blade should still be as close as possible to the edge of the disk.
10. In the end, your print will be about 1-2mm smaller than the mylar. 11. Use the cutting pad when you cut. To cut, press down the lever and let the blade run all around the print to cut it out.
12. To make the badge: In Die 1, you will insert the top rounded part of your button badge. The rounded side facing up.
13. Insert your cut image on top of the rounded badge piece in Die 1, followed by the clear plastic Mylar.
