1 st Layer – distance from right-of-way to front of building 2 nd Layer – 20 feet 3 rd Layer – remainder of lot
Location B Parking permitted in 2 nd and 3 rd Layers only 1 st Layer – distance from right-of-way to front of building 2 nd Layer – 20 feet 3 rd Layer – remainder of lot Location C Parking permitted in 2nd and 3rd Layers.
