demonstrates that compliance is not feasible or practicable due to site topography, lot shape, lot size, other restraining site features, unique building occupancy, required for safety, the utilization of green building practices (ex. green roof, cool roof, solar roof), or better compatibility with surrounding development. The compatibility criteria in Section 5.9may be considered when reviewing the alternative design. The following standards of this Chapter may be considered for alternative designs: 1. Up to 15% modification in dimensional standards of this Chapter. 2. Up to 15% of required glazing may utilize spandrel glass. 3. Up to 15% of required transparency zone glazing may be located outside of the required transparency zone for buildings with floor plans that cannot strictly comply with the transparency zone requirements. 4. Alternative to roof form design and variability.

5.3. Private Frontage Regulations Private frontage regulations have been established for buildings in the urban districts (UR, RMX, NMX, UMX and RA-HC). Buildings in these districts shall conform to a private frontage type, as described in the able below, which is permitted within their associated zoning district by the table in Section 2.2.3.
