No walls may extend more than 25% of the length of that side of the building without a minimum change in plane of 2 feet. A second principal entrance is required along the frontage

Uses greater than 120 feet in width or 100,000 square feet whichever is less

Shall not exceed the height of the facade

At least 1 change in roofline every 60 ft
