Supporting a culture of continuous learning, Rich’s sought to elevate its training and development program delivery, working with partner TalenTeam Limited to extend its instance of the SAP® SuccessFactors® Learning solution. The goal was to create a consumer-grade learning experience for its associates, delivering personalized content and supporting unique learning requirements.
