Improving Life by Enabling Innovation in Global Quality Management Processes Founded in 1912, Isola Group is a technology-driven global designer, developer, and manufacturer of high-performance base materials used in the manufacture of advanced multilayer printed circuit boards (PCBs). Worldwide, the company’s PCBs are used for wired and wireless communication, AI computing, satellite Internet, electric vehicle systems, medical devices, aerospace, the military, and numerous other applications. To fulfill its vision of improving life by enabling innovation, Isola wanted to digitally transform its core ERP and quality management systems and move them to the cloud. One of the first steps in this process included transforming its manual, internal quality control process into an automated, standardized, cloud-based solution. The company wanted to build a robust solution that could be extended to include quality issue management for both customers and vendors in the future.
