Boosting Global Operations with an All-in-One Digital Platform CMOC Group Limited was founded in 1969 and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2012. It specializes in the mining and extraction of both base and rare metals, as well as in metal processing and mineral trading. As its business reaches five continents, the group has become a leading producer of tungsten, cobalt, niobium, molybdenum, and copper worldwide, as well as a leading phosphate fertilizer producer in Brazil. It is now among the top three base metal traders in the world. In China, the Belt and Road Initiative is inspiring businesses to expand overseas and become world-class companies. However, while expanding its business, CMOC encountered some challenges, such as varying accounting rules in different areas. So, the mining company set out to build a globally unified platform that would integrate ERP, procurement, and finance, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting further development.
