Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Shenzhen, China, Kingsino Technology Co. Ltd. has grown from a single-product company into a public-owned company whose portfolio covers pig farming, biomedicine, and Internet technology. It now owns manufacturing sites in Shanghai, Guangdong, Sichuan, Hunan, Henan, Jilin, Heilongjiang, and many others across China. In 2017, Kingsino established its strategic plan to build an industrial cluster of modern pig farming technology in the coming 10 years. However, challenges remained in group control and supply chain management during the company’s transition from a single- business company to multibusiness group.
