Value Realization post implementation helped Sarawak Energy unlock and measure business value Sarawak energy is aspiring to move to a commercial mindset ‘Corporate Strategy’ and is looking to measure outcomes from key projects and investments. Consequently, they wanted to measure and track outcomes from their investments in IT technologies. Sarawak Energy and SAP jointly established a Value Realization framework for Sarawak Energy to measure value and benefits from key investments in SAP technology, and improve continuously.
