Transforming from a Raw Materials Company into a Culinary Brand With production sites in Ukraine, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, and Serbia, Myronivsky Hliboproduct SE (MHP) is one of the largest producers and exporters of poultry, meat, and grain in Ukraine and the 12th-largest poultry producer in the world. To build on this success, MHP wanted to transform into a culinary company by adopting a franchise model that would help it export to new markets.
